• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage data — basic logs and activity needed to operate the Service, diagnose issues, and keep it secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service: to authenticate you, generate and schedule content, publish posts to the platforms you connect, process your subscription, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service. We do not use your content to train our own models.

3. AI Generation & Your API Key

When you generate posts or images, your prompts and related content are sent to the AI provider using the API key associated with your account. That processing is subject to the AI provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We transmit this data only to deliver the feature you requested.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, protected by row-level security so that each account can only access its own records. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including our AI provider (for generation), Supabase (authentication and database), Paddle (payments), our hosting providers, and the social platforms you choose to connect. These providers process data on our or your behalf and have their own privacy policies.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service (with the providers above), to comply with the law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a business transfer. When you publish a post, its content is shared with the destination platform at your direction.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to disconnect any connected platform or remove your stored API key at any time from your account settings.
