Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sociophile (the “Service”), a social media content and scheduling application operated under the superappsdomain.com domain (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sociophile helps you generate, schedule, and publish social media posts across supported platforms (including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, and Google Business). Features include AI-assisted post generation, AI image generation, a product library, scheduled publishing via a background worker, and an optional integration with BlogPilot. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial, Subscriptions & Billing

New accounts may include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

4. Your API Keys & Connected Accounts

AI features rely on an AI provider API key that you supply and that remains associated with your account. You are responsible for your own API usage, costs, and compliance with the provider’s terms. When you connect a third-party social platform, you authorize us to publish and manage content on your behalf using the access you grant. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms, policies, and rate limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful; to spam or violate any platform’s rules; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or to interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including AI-generated drafts that you choose to post.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, AI providers, Supabase, Paddle, hosting providers, and the social platforms you connect). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platforms beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
