Data Deletion
How to remove your data from Sociophile
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account to Sociophile, we store an access token on your behalf so we can publish posts at the time you schedule them. You can remove this data at any time using any of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from within Sociophile
- Log in to your Sociophile account.
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram.
- Your access token is deleted immediately. Any posts already published to that platform remain on the platform itself and are not affected.
Option 2 — Remove app access from Facebook
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find Sociophile in the list and click Remove.
- Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete your stored access token within minutes. Any posts already published to that platform remain on the platform itself and are not affected.
Option 3 — Email us to delete your account and all data
To permanently delete your entire Sociophile account — including all posts, drafts, scheduled items, connected platform tokens, and your stored API key — send a request to hello@superappsdomain.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What data we delete
- Your Sociophile account credentials and profile information
- All posts, drafts, and scheduled items
- Connected platform access tokens (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Your stored AI provider API key
- Product library entries and generated content
Content already published to social platforms is governed by those platforms’ own retention policies and is not deleted by us.
